Are you an agent?
No. We are not an agent, we operate our own apartment network. Therefore we can guarantee the quality and service we offer - what you see is what you get! All pictures show the actual apartments.
Is the apartment furnished?
Yes, all of our apartments are fully furnished and equipped with kitchen, sofa, table, chairs, plates, TV, air condition, bed sheets etc. - ready to move in. We will change the beds on request according to your personal needs (twin or double).
Do I need to pay an agency fee?
No, in general the agency fee is equal to one month rental price. We do not charge any agency fee.
When do I need to confirm the booking?
You should confirm your booking as soon as possible, otherwise all apartments could be occupied. Please note that we can only confirm a reservation after we have received a deposit equal to the monthly rental price. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer to Singapore bank account, in cash or by credit card. After you return the apartment, the deposit can be paid out in cash.
Which service is included?
Wi-Fi internet, if applicable to condo (gym, pool, sauna, tennis, security guard etc.), airport pick-up on request, 24h support, free parking, maid service once a week, (laundry service at small additional costs)
How do we sign the contact?
Once we have confirmed the requested booking dates, we will send you a contract via e-mail. You can sign the contract using our Hello Sign Software and return via e-mail again. After we have received the deposit we will confirm your booking.
What are the total monthly expenses I do have to expect as Student?
We put great emphasis on transparency. No other costs than stated will occur.
Individual prices are stated in our "Room/Units" tab. In addition, every tenant needs to pay the total monthly utility expenses (on average $250-$500 per unit) divided by all tenants living in the same apartment.
E.g. 3 bedroom apartment (6 tenants)
Monthly Rent $6.000
Utility Bill: $300
Total cost per tenant: $1050
A handling and administration fee of $400 per tenant is charged only once.
Where is the room/unit located?
We offer only superior condo locations. In every listing we state the name of the condo and provide a map in the gallery. If you like to check out further information, please visit the condos website or google maps.
